26 Jan 2008 - Cross Country at the Bole Hills

Saturday's cross country race was held at our very own Bole Hills in very windy and cold conditions. Well done to everyone who took part: it was a tough course to run! The race produced some excellent results for Westways. The details will be in Mrs Elliot's newsletter soon. Special thanks are due to Mrs Elliot and all the parents who turned up early to act as marshals for the race.

The occasion was also memorable for the first outing for the Friends of Westways refreshment stall, for which everyone was very grateful! Thanks to Lynda, Bev, Mandy, Kate and Maxine for organising this.  Any profit made will be used to support school activities.
